Spring in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains where the West feels wild, free, and beautifully alive. Cowgirl Cow Camp invites women to step right into the heart of it. Here, the horses run loose across the sagebrush hills, the air smells of fresh earth and sunshine, and each day carries the quiet rhythm of true ranch life. Guests will ride through sweeping valleys, help with spring cattle work, and learn hands-on skills alongside real cowhands. Between the adventure, you’ll settle into cozy glamping accommodations, enjoy incredible meals from our historic chuckwagon, and relax around the fire as the stars stretch across the Montana sky. Each day blends hands-on ranch experiences with restorative experiences; from horseback rides among grazing horses and cattle to demonstrations in roping, branding, and spring ranch work. Learn the practical western skills and enjoy quiet moments of reflection in the beautiful Big Sky country. Back at camp, unwind in luxury glamping accommodations, savor elevated campfire cuisine prepared from our century-old chuckwagon, stretch and breathe during yoga sessions, and gather around the fire for music, stories, and connection. It’s a celebration of Western legacy, adventure, and the peaceful strength found only in wide-open spaces.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits for all-inclusive packages, pack trips, and retreats are non-refundable after purchase. However, non-refundable deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future booking in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in at the ranch or before the start of the pack trip. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to Skyline Guest Ranch & Guide Service property during their stay. Additional fees may be assessed for excessive cleaning, damage to rooms, furniture, or equipment, or failure to comply with ranch policies. Guests participating in any activities offered by Skyline Guest Ranch & Guide Service—including but not limited to horseback riding, fishing, and pack trips—must sign an Acknowledgment of Risk & Liability Waiver Form before engaging in any activities. By booking a package or guided excursion, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities. All participants must be able to mount and dismount a horse safely without the use of a mounting block. Skyline Guest Ranch & Guide Service is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during a stay or excursion. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Pets are not permitted on the property. A fee of $250 per day will be charged for any unauthorized animals brought into the lodge, bunkhouse, glamping tent, or any other buildings on the property. Guests who violate this policy will be required to check out immediately Additionally, cleaning and damage fees may be assessed for any harm caused by animals. Pets are also not allowed to accompany guests on any guided excursions. If you have questions regarding service animals, please contact our office. We are committed to providing equal access to our services in compliance with applicable laws. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Main Lodge, Bunkhouse, and Glamping Tent. A fine of $1,000 will be charged for any violation of this policy. Additional cleaning and damage fees may apply if smoking results in damage to the lodge or its contents.
