"The Skyline Guest Ranch is just amazing! So beautiful and such a peaceful setting with breath-taking scenery. Having the horse stables right there... and the dogs running around and playing, was just so much fun to watch. Their hospitality is so warm and friendly! I wish we could have stayed longer!.. which means we will be back! No wonder some guests have been coming back for 20+ years!

"Four friends and I did a three night pack trip w/ Luke Morris and his two teenage sons. The horses were well mannered, the food was very good and Luke and his sons really looked out for us so that we would have a fun and safe experience. I've got to say that hanging with Lukus, Kaleb and Luke was the highlight of the trip. We also stayed two nights in the Skyline Lodge where the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mrs. Jackson and her daughter Lara (Luke's wife) were super friendly and accommodating. This is a well run family operation!"

"Luke was the best guide on any trip we've ever had. Sweeping breath-taking vistas and tons of safe animal encounters. Great trails and horses were well-mannered and easy to handle. I cannot recommend this more highly. So impressed and will do this exact all-day horseback riding trip again when visiting."

"Skyline Guest Ranch and Guide Services in the REAL deal! Our group of fly fishermen have been using Skyline for years. The accommodations at the lodge are incredible. Delicious breakfast included. Vic, Liz and family really takes care of you. We have been going out to Cooke City early July. The multi night backcountry fly fishing trips into Yellowstone is just fabulous. Vic, Luke, and the boys are hard workers, and make your time in the backcountry amazing. Our group have been taking the full service fly fishing pack trips into Yellowstone’s Slough Creek(Third Meadow). Nothing like having that Native Yellowstone Cutthroat trout taking your dry fly! Great for couples too. My wife and I reserved a week at the Lodge few years ago. Northeast entrance to Yellowstone only 4 miles away. Great Day trips through Beartooth Highway to Red Lodge. Joseph Highway to Cody. Location, Location Location! Honest reasonable rates for accommodations and Guide Services. Relax and enjoy the outdoors of Yellowstone’s. Thanks Vic and Liz for the years."

"Our family of 7 visited in early June 2021 and got 2 adjoining rooms that worked perfectly for us. The wildlife in the area is simply amazing - wolves in nearby Lamar Valley Yellowstone, mountain goats in Beartooth, a grizzly in a park in Cooke City, and a moose in the front yard! The house itself is very spacious and homey and the hospitality from Liz and others is unmatched. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, snacks and drinks were always out, everything was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Skyline was a wonderful home base for us as we explored Yellowstone Natl Park. We really appreciated our hosts' warm hospitality and the rustic, beautiful setting. Our bedroom was spacious, homey, and quiet, and the ample home-cooked breakfasts were delicious. If we're lucky enough to come back to Yellowstone, we'd definitely look forward to another stay at Skyline!"

"The service was amazing, very friendly, breakfast was the best I’ve had. They call all of the guests by name. The lodge was clean, beautiful and had breathtaking views. Absolutely 5 stars! We can’t wait to visit again!"

"I visited Skyline and it is a wonderful place. The lodge is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the food delicious. The best part of Skyline though is the people, starting with Vic and Liz, the fishing guides the horse wranglers, were all some of the nicest and friendliest people I've met in my travels. I booked some backcountry horseback fishing trips and they delivered with beautiful high country Yellowstone scenery and lots of colorful native cutthroat trout. If your looking for great fishing trip, horseback riding adventure or just a great place to stay, I would highly recommend Skyline Guest Ranch."

"This place was by far the best place we stayed at during our 5-day trip to Yellowstone. I am disappointed it was only for one night! The hosts were extremely gentle, the breakfast amazing, the room so comfortable and spacious! The fact that it is in the middle of the woods and that the horse barn is just a few steps out the door just adds to how charming our whole experience was. Well worth the price! Only 15 minutes away from the Northeast gate to the park and 10 minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores in Cooke City."
