Service Description

Call to join our pre-existing camp going into the Lamar Valley and Miller creek for 3 days from July 31st to August 2nd. Tentative Itinerary: July 31st- Leave the Lamar River trailhead for a three-hour ride (9 miles) into backcountry Yellowstone. Enjoy a sack lunch along the banks of the Lamar river before riding into basecamp on Miller Creek. Spend the evening relaxing in camp, enjoying a steak dinner, and telling stories around the campfire. August 1st- Wake up to coffee and breakfast around the campfire before setting out for a day of exploring in the backcountry of Yellowstone. Activities for the day are flexible to your party's wishes and can include horseback riding, fly-fishing, hiking, or just relaxing in camp. August 2nd- Wake up to another amazing breakfast and enjoy some time in camp before breaking camp. Ride through the Lamar Valley and enjoy a final lunch in backcountry Yellowstone before returning to civilization. Our backcountry camps offer clients a completely immersive, all-inclusive experience. Camping is by far the best way to fully experience the wonder of Yellowstone National Park. Camps are all-inclusive and include all food, gear, and equipment. A 50% deposit is required to book your camp. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Gratuities and fishing licenses are not included in these rates.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodations: Lodging reservations are non-refundable within 14-days of the check-in date. To receive a full refund, please call our office or email at least two weeks prior to reservation. Full payment for horseback riding and fishing experiences is due at the time of booking. 50% of the payment is a non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable deposits can be applied to a rescheduled trip the following season. Camping Trips: For pack trips, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due upon arrival at Skyline Guest Ranch.
